Information for Runners
Traveling from Europe or other Countries
Re: Runners not departing from the USA.
Most runners coming from Europe find it more economical and convenient to fly directly to Lima.
KLM, Iberia, British Airways, Alitalia, LAN, and Avianca airlines, among
others, may have flights that fit your travel requirements.
Following are some commonly used flights ( please check
with the airline for updated itineraries):
- KLM flight 741 departs Amsterdam at 11:05 and arrives Lima at 18:45
- KLM flight 742 departs Lima at 20:25 and arrives in Amsterdam at 17:40
- IBERIA flight 6653 departs Madrid at 12:40 and arrives in Lima at 18:45
- IBERIA flight 6650 departs Lima at 21:05 and arrives the next day at 14:35
Please see this additional flight information, and be sure to check with the airline for updated schedules.
The 1st night of the program is in Cusco and the last night of the program
is in Lima. Some use the last day in Lima as a day use hotel
only, and depart that same evening. The last night in Lima
can be included at no extra cost, but not the day use the following day.
For those arriving on flights in the early hours of the morning, you
can connect directly to Cusco.
Make sure to let us know BEFORE issuing any tickets, so that we can
help you coordinate the correct flights, additional night
hotels and best options for your trip. Extensions are available
in Peru and additional nights can be arranged to accommodate your itinerary.
Please plan in advance.
Contact us if you need to clarify any details.
