Airline tickets ARE NOT included in the land cost of our trips.
Airline group flight reservations are confirmed with LAN airlines..
All-inclusive prices include flights from Los Angeles or Miami to
Santiago, from Santiago to Punta Arenas, from El Calafate to Ushuaia,
from Ushuaia to Buenos Aires and from Buenos Aires to Los Angeles or
Miami.
You can fly to Miami or Los Angeles and join the all-inclusive program
from there, or you can join us in Santiago.
If you decide to join us in Santiago, check for flights arriving in
Santiago on December 20, 2009 in the early morning and
join the group on the flight to Punta Arenas. Our scheduled
flight from Santiago to Punta Arenas will depart around
8:00 am on December 20. You may need to arrive in Santiago
a day earlier. You will need to get a flight out of Buenos
Aires on January 3, 2010 in the evening, or later if you
want to extend your stay.
Make sure to look at the total cost of tickets before deciding to
use your miles for the international segments. Using a lot of miles
and then having to pay a lot for the flights in South America may not
make as much sense as using our all-inclusive package. Compare and
ask us before redeeming your miles!
If you issue your own international tickets arriving in Santiago and
departing from Buenos Aires, please note that you will also need these
3 flights: (these flights are included in the all-inclusive prices).
# 1: Flight from Santiago to Punta Arenas*.
# 2: Flight LA 4440
from El Calafate to Ushuaia.
# 3: Flight LA 4438 from Ushuaia
to Buenos Aires.

Important: Make sure to let us know BEFORE issuing any tickets,
so that we can help you coordinate the correct flights
and the best option for you. Flights can change!
You may want to consider purchasing tickets with LAN airlines if you
are planning on extending your trip. When you fly LAN on your international
segments, you will get the domestic tickets at a better price, but
you have to check and compare the options and see what the overall
price is.
